The Gincana Green World team building activity is a unique and fun proposal that promotes teamwork, environmental awareness, and social consciousness. Although this gincana emphasizes the importance of taking care of beaches and seas, it also addresses climate issues and the significance of our actions here to prevent negative impacts elsewhere.

This gincana is played in an original way; divided into groups, participants will have to cooperate in collecting plastic waste on Ondarreta beach to proceed to the next challenges and navigate the bay in kayaks or stand-up paddleboards, raising awareness about the value of ocean conservation. Each challenge incorporates a different core value, aiming to foster knowledge and understanding of each of them.

Dance for your entire company. To the rhythm of the latest dances, our team of instructors will make the entire workforce sweat, generate adrenaline, and release toxicity. Because dance brings out all the smiles. The activity can be carried out outdoors or indoors.

This activity includes tennis, paddle tennis, swimming pool, and water activities (stand-up paddle or kayak). During 210 minutes, all participants will engage in a sports rotation where champions will be crowned in each category. Quick matches of tennis and paddle tennis. Competition in the swimming pool. This is a paddle tournament aimed at companies to compete for the winning couple. There are 3 courts and 12 participants in the rounds necessary to proceed to the fast bracket.

Cooking for your colleagues in our gastronomic society. In groups of 4, you will have to go shopping and with the selected ingredients, create 4 pintxos or tapas compositions for our exclusive jury composed of internal staff of the Club. The 4 winners will be awarded the “Golden Pintxo” for the best culinary composition.
