1. Consent for Personal Data

You declare that you have been informed and understand that, in order to carry out your registration and participation in the mentioned sporting event, it is necessary to collect, store, and process your personal data. You expressly authorize the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián (hereinafter RCTSS) and its representatives to collect, store, use, and process the following personal data:

• Full name.
• Date of birth.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Medical information relevant to your safety during the sporting event (if applicable).
• Bank account information.

You understand that your data will be treated in accordance with current data protection laws and that you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data as appropriate, following the procedure established in the RCTSS privacy policy.

2. Image Rights

You accept and grant the RCTSS and its representatives the right and authorization to capture, use, and distribute your image and voice during your participation in the event, through photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other means, for the purpose of promoting and documenting the event, without expectation of financial compensation. You waive any claim for copyright or intellectual property rights related to such images or recordings.

3. Bank Direct Debit

You authorize the RCTSS to carry out the bank direct debit corresponding to the registration and/or participation in the mentioned event. For this purpose, you provide your bank account details. You understand that any change in your bank account information must be notified in writing to the RCTSS well in advance.

+ Information regarding payment: We will not process any payment until the spot is confirmed. In case of confirmation of registration, we will issue a charge for the full course or the proportional part of it. Failure to pay the corresponding fees at the start of the course will result in automatic cancellation of the registration and the impossibility of refunding any payment already made, if any. The Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel the course schedule if conditions require it, and always in exceptional situations. Group or schedule changes requested once the course has started will always be carried out, upon request, based on level and availability. However, it may not be possible to execute it. In such a case, there would be no possibility of any refund.

4. Declaration of Fitness for Sports Practice

You declare that you are in good health and do not have any medical or physical condition that would prevent you from safely participating in the mentioned sporting event. You understand that your participation in the event is voluntary and assume all responsibility for any injury, accident, or damage you may suffer during it.

5. Information regarding the processing of your personal data

• Data Controller: Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián (RCTSS) located at: Paseo Eduardo Chillida nº9, 20008, San Sebastián, Guipúzcoa.
• Purposes of processing: (1) To provide the services offered by the club. (2) Sending information, through electronic channels, related to the activities of the RCTSS.
• Legal basis for processing: Execution of a contractual obligation. Your consent.
• Data disclosures: Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless it is strictly necessary to provide the service you requested. For example, your personal data may be disclosed to insurance companies for coverage in competitions, to other sports clubs for the organization of tournaments, or to the competent Public Administrations. You must be aware that the classifications in tournaments, sporting events, or events organized by the RCTSS in which you may participate are public facts in the media and may have media coverage through the capture of photographs, without prejudice to your right of opposition.
• Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, object to the processing of your data, data portability, and request the limitation of processing. Request it at the address indicated above. You can revoke any consent granted at any time and free of charge.
• Complaints: The Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) is the control authority available to attend to requests for information, as well as for the filing of complaints: www.agpd.es.
• Data retention: Your personal data will only be kept for the legally mandatory periods. Approximately for five years.

By submitting this form, you declare that you have read and understood the terms and conditions set forth above, and you give your voluntary consent for the collection and processing of your personal data, the use of your image and voice, the bank direct debit, and your declaration of fitness for sports practice.
