    Of course. We understand that joining our club is an important decision. You can contact our customer service team to arrange a guided tour; we will be happy to show you firsthand the excellence of our facilities and answer any questions in person.
    Yes, we design our rates to adapt to the different realities of our users. We offer individual memberships, family memberships (with highly advantageous conditions), youth memberships, and specific corporate rates.
    There is no age limit. The Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián is proud to be an intergenerational space. We have activities, schools, and areas designed from early childhood to comprehensive wellness programs for our most veteran members.
    The entry fee is free for new enrollments. However, if you have canceled your membership within a period of less than 6 months and request a new enrollment, the entry fee is €200.
    For the maximum convenience of our members, regular fee payments are always made by direct debit. Usually, the collection is managed periodically according to the conditions accepted in your membership contract.

    Although the fee covers the free use of general facilities (fitness, pools, locker rooms), there are optional premium services that entail an exclusive additional cost for members, such as: renting tennis and padel courts at a member rate, pancapilates, massage service, personal trainer, physiotherapy, or hospitality services.
    The process is simple and requires basic documentation: a valid ID or passport, a recent passport-sized photograph (or digital if enrolling online), and full bank details (IBAN) where you wish to direct debit the corresponding receipts.
    Yes, we invite you to fill out the enrollment form online. The first day you visit the club after enrolling, you must allow us to check your ID or similar at reception, and we will take a picture to identify you in your file.
    Our administration processes new enrollments with great agility. Once all the required documentation is received and verified, the enrollment usually becomes effective within a maximum period of 48 working hours, at which time you will receive your confirmation and access.
    We understand that personal circumstances can change. The Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián has a leave of absence policy for strictly justified cases solely for health reasons. We recommend consulting the current regulations at the secretariat to know the exact medical requirements.
    Absolutely. As a member of the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián, you have the right to use our modern fitness room and free access to the pools. In addition, swimming in the lap pool basin is exclusive: you swim alone in each lane under reservations of 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
    The use of daily lockers and locker rooms is completely free during your stay at the club. Additionally, if you prefer not to transport your equipment daily, we have an annual rental service for exclusive lockers for members (subject to availability).
    We have implemented a highly efficient digital system. Our members have private access through our web platform and mobile application, where they can check availability in real time and comfortably and autonomously book courts, swimming pool lanes, and the society (if applicable).
    Yes, we have one of the most prestigious catalogs of schools and courses in Donostia - San Sebastián. From our award-winning tennis and padel school to swimming courses and nautical activities. All of them are guided by qualified professionals and with highly reduced rates for members.
    We enjoy a privileged location facing La Concha bay. Although we do not have private parking, members benefit from the ample regulated parking areas (OTA) in the immediate surroundings of our facilities in Donostia - San Sebastián.
    The Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián has exceptional hospitality spaces with unbeatable views over La Concha bay. It should be noted that the hospitality service is not exclusive to members, being open to the general public and allowing you to enjoy our social atmosphere accompanied by family and friends.
    Yes, we have a Wi-Fi signal in the indoor spaces of the club. In addition, all members have the possibility of using a coworking workspace with sea views and a Wi-Fi connection.
    Yes, we have an exclusive gastronomic space. To access the Gastronomic Society or Txoko, it is necessary to pay an enrollment fee of €600 (a single payment, both in the individual and family models). This right is maintained indefinitely as long as you keep your active membership status. Additionally, the use of the society entails the payment of an annual maintenance fee.
