Sea School Calendar

Any student who has not made the corresponding payment two classes after the start of the course or has pending financial charges from the previous course must regularize their situation immediately. Otherwise, class attendance will be denied, which could result in the loss of their place.

2.1 FRACTIONAL PAYMENT FOR SEA SCHOOL: Payment is for the full course, in a single installment. Members are offered the option of split payment for the full course, which includes a discount. 50% of the total will be paid in mid-August and the remaining 50% in November.

2.2 Equipment rental discount for member students: Sea School students who are members will enjoy a special discount on nautical equipment rental (e.g., SUP, Kayak) according to the Club's rates and regulations. Applicable in season and subject to availability.

Enrollment in the Sea School has no registration fee. However, for all enrollments made before June 30, an advance payment will be made as a place reservation, which will be deducted from the total enrollment price in the charge made in mid-August.

If you change your mind, do not want to continue, and request a cancellation, this amount will be refundable if requested before June 30.

• Up to two weeks before the start of the course: In case of cancellation and resignation of the place, 50% of the amount paid as a reservation will be refunded.
• From two weeks before the start of the course and once the course has started: No refunds will be made, except for justified medical reasons (presenting a medical certificate). In the latter case, 50% of the amount corresponding to the remaining period of the course will be refunded.

Family discounts will be applied to school members, regardless of their sports category (tennis, padel, swimming, or sea).

• - 5% for the 2nd sibling.
• - 8% for the 3rd sibling.

The fee payment does not include individual registrations and private travel to external tournaments or crossings. The school reserves the right to notify in advance the economic conditions of sporting events requiring travel.

All enrolled students must present a sports medical certificate proving they are fit for nautical sports practice or, alternatively, sign the physical fitness responsibility declaration box (and be able to swim properly).

The use of equipment suitable for the weather (water shoes, provided or own wetsuit) and safety elements (life jacket provided by the school) will be mandatory during all sessions.

During the celebration of large events in La Concha Bay (regattas, competitions, etc.), the use of nautical spaces could be restricted due to organizational needs affecting classes. Efforts will be made to maintain the ordinary activity of the School by relocating it if necessary, or the suspension will be notified in advance.

Any cancellation or modification of conditions must be duly notified in writing and justified to escuelademar@rctss.com or itsaseskola@rctss.com.

Only course cancellation or interruption for justified medical reasons will be accepted. In that case, the student will receive a refund proportional to the amount of the remaining course, equal to 50% of it. Member fees already paid will not have a refund option. Group classes are personal and non-transferable. Non-attendance does not give the right to make-up classes or attendance by third parties.

When due to extreme weather conditions, bad sea state (alerts), or causes beyond the Club's control, water outings must be suspended, the School will offer training and/or physical alternatives in the Club's indoor spaces or a make-up session.

If the class cannot be made up or covered by dry land alternatives, a 75% refund of the economic and proportional value of the missed class will be processed.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Union and the Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, the processing of images will require the explicit consent of the person holding the enrollment.

At the time of formalizing the enrollment, you will be asked to accept or reject the right to assign your own image. Whoever grants their consent will authorize the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián to take photographs and/or audiovisual recordings for the club's communication purposes.

Students enrolled in any of the Schools are subject to the disciplinary regulations described in the General Regulations of the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián. The Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián reserves the right of admission to any of its schools.
