DATA CONSENT, IMAGE RIGHTS, BANK CHARGE AND DECLARATION OF FITNESS FOR SPORTS PRACTICE

1. Personal Data Consent

Declares to have been informed and understood that, in order to carry out their registration and participation in the mentioned sports event, it is necessary to collect, store and process their personal data. Expressly authorizes the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián (hereinafter RCTSS) and its representatives to collect, store, use and process the following personal data:

• Full name.
• Date of birth.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Medical information relevant to their safety during the sports event (if applicable).

Understands that their data will be processed in accordance with current data protection laws and that they have the right to access, correct or delete their data as appropriate, following the procedure established in the RCTSS privacy policy.

2. Image Rights

Accepts and grants RCTSS and its representatives the right and authorization to capture, use and distribute their image and voice during their participation in the event, through photographs, videos, audio recordings or other media, for the purpose of promotion and documentation of the event, without expectation of financial compensation. Waives any claim for copyright or intellectual property rights related to said images or recordings. Must take into account that the classifications in tournaments, sports tests or events organized by the RCTSS in which they may participate, are made public in the media and may be shared on social networks through the capture of photographs, without prejudice to their right of opposition.

3. Bank Charge

Authorizes RCTSS to carry out the bank charge corresponding to the registration and/or participation in the mentioned event. For this purpose, provides their bank account details.

Understands that any change in their bank account information must be notified in writing to RCTSS with due notice.

+ Information regarding the charge: Non-payment of the corresponding fees to finalize registration will result in non-registration and the impossibility of refunding any payment already made, if any. The Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián reserves the right to modify, alter or cancel the tournament schedule if conditions so require and always in exceptional situations. Group or schedule changes requested once the tournament has begun will always be made, upon request, based on the organization. However, it may be the case that it is not possible to execute it. In such case, no refund would be possible.

4. Declaration of Fitness for Sports Practice

Declares to be in good health and not to have any medical or physical condition that prevents them from participating safely in the mentioned sports event. Understands that their participation in the event is voluntary and assumes full responsibility for any injury, accident or damage they may suffer during it.

Acceptance

By signing this document, manifests that they have read and understood the terms and conditions established above, and gives their voluntary consent for the collection and processing of their personal data, the use of their image and voice, the bank charge and their declaration of fitness for sports practice, in accordance with what is stipulated.
