1. Data Protection (GDPR and LOPDGDD)

The Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián (RCTSS) will process your personal data (name, age, contact) exclusively to manage the reservation and celebration of the birthday, and to send you commercial information based on your consent. Technical and organizational measures are implemented to guarantee data security. Data will not be transferred to third parties except for legal obligations or service needs (e.g., catering providers). 2. Reservations and Payment Terms

• Reservation: Subject to the availability of facilities and instructors. To confirm the reservation, a €50 deposit must be paid within 72 hours of the request via a payment gateway (link sent via SMS).


• Remaining Payment: The remaining balance will be paid at the beginning of the activity after confirming the number of attendees (credit card, bank transfer, or cash).

3. Cancellation Policy and External Factors

• Refund: Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance or no-shows will not be entitled to a refund.


• Weather: For outdoor activities with adverse weather conditions, we will agree on rescheduling, changing the activity to safe indoor spaces, or refunding the amount paid.

4. Activity Development and Spaces

• Timings: The sports activity lasts 90 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early. There is a 15-minute courtesy grace period for delays; after this time, the Club may cancel the activity without extending the schedule.


• Celebration / Snack: The use of the terrace or room includes tables and space until the Club closes (10:00 PM Mon-Fri / 9:00 PM Sat-Sun-Holidays). It does not include food, decoration, or entertainment (unless additionally contracted).


• Equipment: The Club provides the sea equipment. For tennis, padel, or the pool, it is recommended to bring your own equipment (swim cap, racket) and suitable footwear. The Club has rentals available if necessary, but is not responsible for loss or damage to personal equipment.

5. Health, Safety, and Supervision of Minors

• The client declares that the participants are fit for sports practice. The Club has Civil Liability insurance.


• Minors: Minors must be under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times when a sports instructor is not present (especially during the snack time).


• Rules: It is mandatory to comply with the safety and internal rules of the Club. Disrespectful behavior or non-compliance with the rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the activity without the right to a refund.

Acceptance

By checking the box or confirming the reservation, the client declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the celebration rules, payment policies, cancellation, and data processing set forth herein.
