Regulations
1. The Real Tennis Club of San Sebastián reserves the right to cancel or modify the schedule of all activities. In such a case, the full amount of the subscription will be refunded or a change of dates or schedule will be arranged.
2. All cancellations or modifications of spots by the applicant must be made 21 days before the start date of the course. If done with less notice, there is no option for a refund.
3. Non-attendance does not entitle the recovery of missed class(es), partial refunds, or other modifications.
4. Situations beyond the Club’s control, which result in the inability to attend the course, will not lead to a refund of the amount paid.
5. All spots offered are limited. Failure to obtain a second (or more) spot within a group where a friend, family member, etc., is already enrolled will not result in any refund unless it occurs 21 days before the start of the course.
6. Students must provide all necessary materials specified for each activity. Cases of forgetfulness that disrupt the group’s pace may result in the activity not being taught.
7. For all aquatic-maritime activities, it is essential to know how to swim.
8. If due to adverse weather conditions or any circumstance beyond the Club’s control that jeopardizes the safety of the participants, the class cannot be held, there would be no right to a refund or recovery.
9. All groups close the Thursday before their start date. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the activity will be suspended, and enrolled individuals will be refunded or relocated.
10. Failure to obtain a spot for multisport during the specific and preferential period for members (from April 15th to May 3rd) will result in the loss of preferential privilege. This entails going through the online spot allocation process and, in such a case, paying the non-member price.
