From what age can someone take these pool classes?
Personal swimming classes at the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián are available for anyone aged 5 and older. We adapt the methodology for both child familiarization and adults.
What prior swimming level do I need to have?
We do not require any minimum level. Since they are 100% personalized training sessions, we adapt to you: from individuals who want to overcome their fear of water (beginner level) to experienced swimmers (pro level).
Can classes be taught in small groups?
Yes, we offer the possibility of conducting training sessions in small groups of up to a maximum of 4 people, ideal for progressing together in a trusted environment.
Can you help me prepare for specific physical tests or civil service exams?
Absolutely. Our coaches will design a work plan focused on technique, speed, and endurance so that you can successfully pass any demanding test or local, regional, or national exam.
How do you evaluate my level in the first swimming class?
The coach will dedicate the first few minutes of your initial session to evaluating your buoyancy, breathing, and stroke technique, immediately adjusting the intensity and goal of the class.
What equipment is mandatory to bring to the pool?
For hygiene and safety regulations, it is essential to come with swimwear (sports swimsuit), pool flip-flops, a towel, and of course, a swimming cap and goggles.
Is the use of a swimming cap truly mandatory?
Yes, the use of a swimming cap (whether silicone, latex, or fabric) is strictly mandatory for all pool users in order to maintain water quality.
Do I need to buy kickboards, fins, or pullbuoys to train?
It is not necessary. The Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián provides you with all the auxiliary technical equipment (kickboards, fins, pullbuoys, resistance bands) that the instructor may require for your class.
Will I be able to shower and use the lockers before or after swimming?
Yes, the reservation of your personal training includes the right to use our changing rooms, equipped showers, and locker space to store your belongings safely.
Are the pools heated all year round?

Until when can I book my training online?
The online booking system closes automatically exactly 3 days before the date you wish to take the class.
What penalty exists if I cancel the session with short notice?
If you request cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the start of the class, you will be charged 100% of the rate with no right to recover the session or receive a refund.
What if something unexpected comes up and I notify with more than a day's margin?
In that case, there is no problem. If you notify us with more than 24 hours' notice, you can choose to reschedule the training to another available time or request a refund at no cost.
What happens if I arrive late to my 30-minute swimming class?
