The rules governing the operation of the Donostiako Tenis Elkarte Erreala are detailed below, designed to ensure coexistence and the proper use of our facilities. By registering, you accept the following points:
Through this document, the Donostiako Tenis Elkarte Erreala will provide the services for the use of its sports facilities and equipment. The conditions of access and use will be subject to the internal regulations of the Club.
The validity of the membership contract will coincide with the payment system chosen by the member (monthly, semi-annually, or annually). Upon expiration, the contract will be automatically renewed for equal periods, unless one of the parties explicitly requests otherwise in writing by email to gestionsocios@rctss.com, and provided that the member is up to date with their payments and the Club continues to provide the contracted services.
To formalize the registration as a member, it is essential to pay, if applicable, the registration fee (enrollment), and the amount of the chosen quota (monthly, semi-annually, or annually). If the corresponding payment is not made, the registration will not be effective. The Club will automatically renew the quotas by direct debit if no change is notified.

The Donostiako Tenis Elkarte Erreala reserves the right to prevent access to persons whose behavior is violent, causes nuisance to other members, or disrupts the normal operation of the facilities and activities.
Permanent cancellation by a member will not give the right to a refund of previously paid amounts.
The Club may update the general rates for members or the specific rates for services, at its convenience at any time of the year.
The rights acquired by the payment, if applicable, of the registration and quotas are personal and non-transferable and are indicated in the current price list.
Membership status allows the use of general facilities and services. Certain specific services may require an additional payment according to the current rate, available at the reception and on the website. Members are obliged to take care of the facilities and services with due diligence.
Serious lack of respect, insults, or inappropriate behavior that damage the Club's image —including those directed at other members or staff— will be considered serious offenses and may result in termination. Likewise, the non-payment of three consecutive quotas (one quarter) or the breach of the internal regulations of the Club may be subject to sanction. In any case, termination or any other sanction will only be imposed after the processing of the corresponding disciplinary file and the member having been heard, in accordance with the procedure established in the Club's statutes.
Members may change their membership modality, but must remain in the new modality for a minimum of three months.
Non-attendance or lack of use of the facilities by the titleholder will not generate the right to a refund of the paid quotas.
Members of the Donostiako Tenis Elkarte Erreala do not have free access to the facilities of other clubs, unless specifically agreed through reciprocity agreements or between centennial clubs.
The Club makes official complaint forms available to members at the receptions.
There are video surveillance cameras in common areas, duly signposted, to guarantee the safety of employees and members.
Members may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection to data processing by sending a request to the Donostiako Tenis Elkarte Erreala at Paseo de Eduardo Chillida, 9 - 20008 San Sebastián, or via the email address provided at the Club's reception.
The member has the right to bring guests, if applicable, upon payment, according to the current price list at the time. Guests must always be accompanied by a member to access the Club and use the facilities. The member will be responsible for the proper use of the facilities by their guests.

Holidays (Club closed): January 1 and 20; December 25.
All members have a personal and non-transferable wristband. The cost of the wristband is the current one in the general catalog of rates, but it will be free at the time of registration. To access the Club, it is mandatory to use the wristband. In case of loss, the duplicate wristband will have the current cost at the time of the new request. Failure to return a temporary wristband will entail an automatic charge based on the current cost at the time of non-return.
The Club is not responsible for objects lost or stolen within its facilities.
The sale of products or services within the Club is not permitted without the express authorization of the management. Smoking is not allowed in any Club facility, including terraces or waiting areas, in accordance with Law 28/2005 on health measures against smoking. Dedicated catering areas enabled in accordance with current regulations are exempted.
In the event of the permanent cancellation of a member who wishes to register again in a period of less than six months from the date of cancellation, they must pay the full enrollment fee. For a permanent cancellation to be valid, it must be notified in writing before the 25th of the month prior to the cancellation date via email (gestiondesocios@rctss.com).
If a member cancels their membership, whether by their own decision or by agreement of the Club, they will lose access to the facilities and will not be able to benefit from the services or exercise their privileges as a member. Non-payment of three quotas (one quarter), breach of the Club's regulations, or disrespect towards other members, staff, or the Club itself, as well as inappropriate behavior that damages its image, will be causes for immediate termination. However, termination may only be applied after the instruction of the corresponding disciplinary file and hearing of the member, in accordance with the provisions of the Club's statutes.
In order to comply with regulations and prevent possible fraud, the Club will keep the data of inactive members for a minimum period of five years after the cancellation date. For five years, the data will remain blocked to avoid fraud in possible subsequent registrations.
The Club allows the temporary suspension of membership for health reasons, provided it is justified with a medical certificate. In the case of family quotas, if one of the members requests a health leave:

All data under our responsibility is processed in accordance with legal requirements, keeping the necessary security measures to guarantee their confidentiality.
The personal data provided when formalizing your registration as a member (name, surname, ID, postal and/or email address, bank account number, image, biometric data, among others) will be processed by the Donostiako Tenis Elkarte Erreala, with VAT number G-20037685 and registered address at Paseo Eduardo Chillida, 9, 20008 Donostia, for the purpose of managing your incorporation as a club member and other inherent purposes, such as payment management, access to facilities, participation in events and activities, as well as sending information related to activities, punctual promotions, and any necessary communication for the proper functioning of the Club, based on legitimate interest.
The data will be kept while you are a member of the Club and for 5 years after your cancellation, in compliance with tax regulations. Your contact details will be stored as long as you do not exercise your right to erasure.

In case of using accessory platforms to the Club, such as Technogym (for example), these have their own data policy, with the user being responsible for managing them. The Club assumes no responsibility for the data processing on such platforms.
