Below are the rules governing the operation of the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián, designed to ensure harmony and the proper use of our facilities. By joining, you accept the following points:
Through this document, the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will provide the services for the use of its sports facilities and equipment. The conditions of access and use will be subject to the internal regulations of the Club.
The validity of the membership contract will coincide with the payment system chosen by the member (monthly, semi-annual, or annual). Upon expiration, the contract will be automatically renewed for equal periods, unless one of the parties explicitly requests otherwise in writing by email to gestionsocios@rctss.com, and provided that the member is up to date with their payments and the Club continues to provide the contracted services.
To formalize the membership, it is essential to pay, if applicable, the enrollment fee, and the amount of the chosen fee (monthly, semi-annual, or annual). In the event of non-payment, the registration will not be effective. The Club will automatically renew the fees by direct debit if no changes are notified.

The Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián reserves the right to deny access to individuals whose behavior is violent, causes inconvenience to other members, or disrupts the normal operation of the facilities and activities.
Definitive cancellation by a member will not entitle them to a refund of previously paid amounts.
The Club may update the general rates for members or the specific rates for services at its convenience at any time of the year.
The rights acquired by the payment, if applicable, of the enrollment fee and quotas are personal and non-transferable and are indicated in the current price list.
Membership of the Club allows the use of general facilities and services. Some specific services may require an additional payment according to the current rate, available at reception and on the website. Members are obliged to take care of the facilities and services with due diligence.
Serious lack of respect, insults, or inappropriate conduct that damages the Club's image — including those directed at other members or staff — will be considered serious offenses and may lead to termination. Likewise, the non-payment of three consecutive fees (one quarter) or the breach of the Club's internal regulations may be subject to sanction. In any case, termination or any other sanction will only be imposed after the processing of the corresponding disciplinary file and after hearing the member, in accordance with the procedure established in the Club's statutes.
Members may change their membership modality, but they must remain in the new modality for a minimum of three months.
Non-attendance or lack of use of the facilities by the holder will not generate a right to a refund of the fees paid.
Members of the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián do not have free access to the facilities of other clubs, unless specifically agreed through reciprocity agreements or between centennial clubs.
The Club provides members with official complaint forms at the receptions.
There are video surveillance cameras in common areas, duly marked to guarantee the security of employees and members.
Members may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, and opposition to the processing of data by sending a request to the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián at Paseo de Eduardo Chillida, 9 - 20008 San Sebastián, or through the email address provided at the Club's reception.
The member has the right to bring guests, where applicable, upon prior payment, according to the current price list at the time. Guests must always be accompanied by a member to access the Club and use the facilities. The member will be responsible for the proper use of the facilities by their guests.

Holidays (Club closed): January 1 and 20; December 25.
All members have a personal and non-transferable wristband. The cost of the wristband is the one currently in the general rate catalog, but it will be free at the time of registration. To access the Club, it is mandatory to use the wristband. In case of loss, the duplicate of the wristband will be at the current cost at the time of the new request. Failure to return a temporary wristband will result in an automatic charge based on the current cost at the time of non-return.
The Club is not responsible for objects lost or stolen within its facilities.
The sale of products or services within the Club is not permitted without the express authorization of the management. Smoking is not permitted in any Club facility, including terraces or waiting areas, in accordance with Law 28/2005 on health measures against smoking. Dining areas equipped in accordance with current regulations are exempted.
In the event of definitive cancellation by a member who wishes to register again within a period of less than six months from the cancellation date, they must pay the full enrollment fee. For a definitive cancellation to be valid, it must be notified in writing before the 25th of the month prior to the cancellation date by email (gestiondesocios@rctss.com).
If a member cancels, either by their own decision or by agreement of the Club, they will lose access to the facilities and will not be able to benefit from the services or exercise their privileges as a member. Causes for immediate termination include non-payment of three fees (one quarter), breach of Club regulations, or lack of respect towards other members, staff, or the Club itself, as well as inappropriate conduct that damages its image. However, the termination may only be applied after the instruction of the corresponding disciplinary file and hearing the member, in accordance with the provisions of the Club's statutes.
In order to comply with regulations and prevent potential fraud, the Club will keep the data of inactive members for a minimum period of five years after the cancellation date. For five years, the data will remain blocked to prevent fraud in potential subsequent registrations.
The Club allows the temporary suspension of membership for health reasons, provided it is justified with a medical certificate. In the case of family fees, if one of the members requests a leave for health reasons:
The Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián complies with all the requirements established in the Personal Data Protection regulations, GDPR 2016/679 (EU) and Law 3/2018, of December 5. All data under our responsibility is processed in accordance with legal requirements, maintaining the necessary security measures to guarantee its confidentiality.
The personal data provided when formalizing your membership (name, surname, ID card, postal address and/or email, bank account number, image, biometric data, among others) will be processed by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián, with CIF G-20037685 and address at Paseo Eduardo Chillida, 9, 20008 Donostia, in order to manage your incorporation as a member of the club and other inherent purposes, such as the management of payments, access to the facilities, participation in events and activities, as well as the sending of information related to activities, specific promotions and any communication necessary for the proper functioning of the Club, based on legitimate interest.
The data will be kept as long as you are a member of the Club and for 5 years after your cancellation, in compliance with tax regulations. Your contact details will be stored as long as you do not exercise your right to deletion.
We inform you that the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián also offers associated products and services that may be of interest. If you wish to receive related communications, the contact details provided will be used, unless you express your desire not to receive this type of information.
In case of using accessory platforms to the Club, such as Technogym (for example), these have their own data policy, and the user is responsible for their management. The Club assumes no responsibility for the processing of data on these platforms.
