Terms and Conditions of Contract

1. Reservations for rentals and scheduled activities
   To make a reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
2. Reservations for customized activities
   To make a reservation for a customized activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
3. Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities
   The client may withdraw from the requested, contracted, or reserved services, with the right to a refund of the amounts paid. Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the start of the activity entails a 50% penalty on the amount paid. Cancellation between 24 hours and the start of the activity entails no refund of the amount already paid. Failure to show up at the date and time indicated by RCTSS—whether by digital means, verbally, or by phone—will result in no refund of the amount paid.
4. Cancellations of customized activities
   If the number of participants is modified more than 72 hours before the activity, the total price will be recalculated based on the tables according to the activity available on the website. Cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity entails a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the cancelling participant(s). Cancellation within 24 hours before the activity entails a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the cancelling participant(s). Failure to show up at the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will result in no refund of the amount previously paid.
5. Medical cancellations
   In case of cancellation due to JUSTIFIED medical reasons or death of any degree of kinship, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the contracted activity. If opting for cancellation of the reservation instead, the previously described conditions will apply.
6. Insurance
   The price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals includes civil liability and accident insurance. Complete information about the terms and coverage of the insurance is available to clients at the RCTSS offices and can be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to correctly, truthfully, and completely fill in each field related to each participant on the RCTSS reservation page. Omitting or providing incorrect information will result in non-subscription of accident insurance.
7. Data protection
   We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your information requests and to inform you about our activities and services, under the terms set out in our privacy and cookie policy. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a request accompanied by a photocopy of your ID via the web form or by email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Conditions in case of adverse weather
   In case of adverse weather conditions or rough seas, booking will be disabled. Affected persons will be given the option of a refund or date change.
9. Punctuality
   It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the activity to ensure full enjoyment of the reserved time.
