Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings for rentals and scheduled activities
   To confirm a booking, 100% of the total amount must be paid in advance. Until payment is received, the booking will not be considered confirmed or valid.
2. Bookings for tailor-made activities
   To confirm a booking for a custom activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid in advance. Until payment is received, the booking will not be considered confirmed or valid.
3. Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities
   Clients may cancel the requested, contracted or booked services and are entitled to a refund. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the start of the activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 24 hours and the start time of the activity will result in the loss of the full amount paid. Failure to appear at the time and date indicated by RCTSS, whether communicated digitally, verbally, or by phone, will also result in the loss of the total amount paid.
4. Cancellations of tailor-made activities
   Changes to the number of participants made 72 hours in advance will result in a recalculated total price according to the applicable pricing tables available on the website. Cancelling one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity will incur a 50% fee on the proportion of the amount paid by the person(s) cancelling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity will incur a 100% fee on the proportional amount paid by the person(s) cancelling. Failure to appear at the indicated time and date will result in no refund.
5. Medical cancellations
   In the event of a justified medical reason or death of a relative, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year for the same activity. If the client opts for cancellation instead, the general cancellation conditions will apply.
6. Insurance
   All programmes, activities, courses, and rentals include civil liability and accident insurance. Full insurance conditions and coverage details are available at the RCTSS office and can be sent via email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to correctly and truthfully fill out all required fields for each participant on the RCTSS booking page. Any omission or incorrect data will void accident insurance coverage.
7. Data protection
   RCTSS stores your personal and contact information to respond to your inquiries and keep you informed about our services and activities, in accordance with our privacy and cookie policy. You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel, or object by sending a request along with a copy of your ID card via our web form or by email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Adverse weather conditions
   In case of adverse weather or rough sea conditions, booking options will be blocked. Affected clients will be offered the option of a refund or rescheduling.
9. Punctuality
   Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the activity starts to ensure full use of the reserved time.
