Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations for rentals and scheduled activities
   To make a reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is completed, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
2. Reservations for custom activities
   To book a custom activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is completed, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
3. Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities
   The customer may cancel the requested, contracted, or reserved services, with the right to a refund of the amounts paid. Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the activity start implies a penalty of 50% of the amount paid. Cancellation between 24 hours and the start of the activity implies no refund of the amount already paid. No-shows at the date and time indicated by the RCTSS, by digital, verbal, or telephone means, will result in no refund of 100% of the amount paid.
4. Cancellations of custom activities
   If the number of participants changes 72 hours before the activity, the total price will be recalculated according to the activity rate tables available on the website. Cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity implies a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the cancelling person(s). Cancellation within 24 hours before the activity implies a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the cancelling person(s). No-shows on the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will result in no refund of the amount previously paid.
5. Medical cancellations
   In the case of justified medical cancellation or death of any family member, the RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to perform the contracted activity. If the reservation is cancelled instead, the above conditions will apply.
6. Insurance
   The price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals includes liability and accident insurance. Complete information about insurance conditions and coverage is available to customers at the RCTSS offices and can be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to correctly, truthfully, and fully fill in all fields related to each participant on the RCTSS booking page. Failure or incorrect data entry will result in the accident insurance not being valid.
7. Data protection
   Please be informed that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your information requests and inform you about our activities and services, in accordance with our privacy and cookie policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a request with a copy of your ID via the web form or email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Conditions in case of adverse weather
   In case of adverse weather or rough seas, bookings will be blocked. Affected customers will be offered a refund or rescheduling option.
9. Punctuality
   It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the activity starts to ensure full enjoyment of the reserved time.
