Booking Conditions

1. Reservations for rentals and scheduled activities
   To make a reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is completed, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
2. Reservations for tailored activities
   To reserve a tailored activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is completed, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
3. Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities
   Customers may cancel their booked services and are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours prior to the activity start entails a 50% penalty of the paid amount. Cancellation between 24 hours and the start of the activity results in no refund. No-shows on the date and time indicated by RCTSS via digital, verbal, or phone communication will result in no refund.
4. Cancellations of tailored activities
   If the number of participants changes 72 hours before the activity, the new total price will be recalculated based on the rates shown on the website. Cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity incurs a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid for those participants. Cancellation within 24 hours before the activity incurs a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid for those participants. No-shows on the scheduled date and time will result in no refund of the paid amount.
5. Medical cancellations
   In case of justified medical cancellation or death of a family member at any level of kinship, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to use for the contracted activity. If opting for cancellation, the conditions described above will apply.
6. Insurance
   The price includes civil liability and accident insurance for programs, activities, courses, and rentals. Complete insurance terms and coverage details are available at RCTSS offices and can be emailed upon request. It is mandatory to accurately and completely fill in all participant information during booking. Omissions or incorrect data will result in the insurance not being valid.
7. Data protection
   RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your inquiries and inform you about our activities and services, following our privacy and cookie policy. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a request with a copy of your ID via the web form or email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Conditions in case of adverse weather
   In case of adverse weather or rough seas, bookings will be disabled. Affected customers will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.
9. Punctuality
   Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the activity starts to ensure full use of your reserved time.
