Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations for rentals and scheduled activities
   To make a reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until the payment is made, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
2. Reservations for custom activities
   To make a reservation for the activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until the payment is made, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
3. Cancellations for rentals and scheduled activities
   The client may cancel the requested, contracted, or reserved services and is entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the start of the activity incurs a 50% penalty on the amount paid. Cancellation between 24 hours and the start of the activity will result in no refund of the amount paid. Failure to show up at the date and time indicated by RCTSS via digital, verbal, or phone means will result in no refund of 100% of the amount paid.
4. Cancellations for custom activities
   If the number of participants changes 72 hours before the activity, the new total price will be recalculated based on the tables available on the website. Cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity incurs a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the canceling person(s). Cancellation within 24 hours before the activity incurs a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the canceling person(s). No-show at the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will result in no refund of the previously paid amount.
5. Medical cancellations
   In the event of a JUSTIFIED medical cancellation or death of any family member, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the contracted activity. If opting to cancel the reservation, the above conditions will apply.
6. Insurance
   The price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals includes liability and accident insurance. Full information about insurance conditions and coverage is available to clients at the RCTSS offices and will be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to fill out correctly, truthfully, and completely every field related to each participant on the RCTSS booking page. Omitting or providing incorrect data will result in the non-subscription of accident insurance.
7. Data protection
   We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your information requests and inform you about our activities and services, under the terms set in our privacy and cookie policy. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a request accompanied by a copy of your ID, either through the web form or by email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Conditions in case of adverse weather
   In case of adverse weather or rough seas, reservations will be blocked. Affected customers will receive the option of a refund or rescheduling.
9. Punctuality
   It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the activity starts to ensure full enjoyment of the reserved time.
