Terms and Conditions

1. Rentals and advance scheduled activity reservations
   To make a reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made, the reservation will not be considered valid or confirmed.
2. Custom activity reservations
   To reserve an activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made, the reservation will not be considered valid or confirmed.
3. Cancellations of rentals and advance scheduled activities
   The customer may cancel the requested, contracted, or reserved service and is entitled to a refund of amounts paid. Canceling between 72 and 24 hours before the activity start will incur a 50% penalty of the paid amount. Canceling between 24 and 0 hours before the start means no refund. Not showing up on the date and time communicated by RCTSS (digitally, orally, or by phone) will result in a 100% forfeiture of the paid amount.
4. Cancellations of custom activities
   If the number of participants changes more than 72 hours before the activity, a new price will be calculated based on the rates available on the website for each activity. If canceling one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before, those participants will lose 50% of the amount paid. Canceling 24 hours or less before the activity start will result in a 100% penalty. Not showing up on the date and time indicated by Donostiako Tenis Elkarte Erreala will not entitle a refund.
5. Cancellations for justified medical reasons
   If the activity is canceled due to justified health reasons or the death of a family member of any degree, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the contracted activity. If choosing to cancel the reservation, the above conditions will apply.
6. Insurance
   Prices for programs, activities, courses, and rentals include liability and accident insurance. Full information about insurance terms and coverage is available at the RCTSS offices and will be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to accurately and completely fill out all participant fields on the RCTSS reservation page. Providing incorrect or incomplete data may result in lack of accident insurance coverage.
7. Data protection
   We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your information requests and inform you about our activities and services, under the conditions set forth in our privacy and cookie policy. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, and objection by submitting a request with a photocopy of your ID via the web form or by sending an email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Conditions applicable in case of bad weather
   If bad weather or rough sea conditions occur, the option to make reservations will be blocked. People affected by activity cancellations will be offered a refund or date change.
9. Strict adherence to schedules
   It is necessary to arrive 10-15 minutes before the activity start to fully enjoy the reserved time.
