Let yourself be carried by the tide and travel the Urumea River all the way to the historic Ergobia cider house pier, an iconic spot of Gipuzkoan culture. If conditions allow, you’ll reach the river mouth at Zurriola Beach, enjoying a calm and wave-free journey. Ideal for families and groups, this accessible and safe walk invites you to experience Donostia from a completely new perspective. The departure takes place comfortably from the Mundaiz pier and is guided by a specialized instructor. Upon request, the activity can also be done on a paddle surf board for those seeking a different option.

Reservations for rentals and scheduled activities
To make a reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid. -

To make a reservation for the activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid. -
Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities
The client may withdraw from the requested, contracted, or reserved services and is entitled to a refund of amounts paid. Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the start of the activity entails a 50% penalty on the amount paid. Cancellation between 24 and 0 hours before the activity start implies no refund of the amount already paid. No-shows at the date and time indicated by RCTSS by digital, verbal, or phone means will result in no refund of any payment made. -
Cancellations of customized activities
If the number of participants is modified 72 hours before the activity, the new total price will be recalculated based on the tables per activity available on the website. Cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity entails a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the canceling person(s). Cancellation within 24 hours before the activity entails a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the canceling person(s). No-shows at the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will result in no refund of previously paid amounts. -
Medical cancellations
In the case of a JUSTIFIED medical cancellation or death of any relative, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the contracted activity. If opting to cancel the reservation, the conditions described above will apply. -
Insurance
The price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals includes civil liability and accident insurance. Complete information about insurance conditions and coverage is available to clients at the RCTSS offices and can be sent by email upon request.
It is mandatory to fill in all fields correctly, truthfully, and completely for each participant on the RCTSS booking page. Omission or incorrect data will result in no accident insurance coverage. -
Data protection
We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your requests for information and inform you about our activities and services, under the terms set out in our privacy and cookie policy. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a request with a copy of your ID via the web form or by email to rctss@rctss.com. -
Conditions in case of adverse weather
In case of adverse weather or rough seas, reservations will be blocked. People affected by cancellations will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule. -
Punctuality
It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the activity starts to ensure full enjoyment of the reserved time.
