- Rentals and scheduled activities reservations To formalize the reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until the payment has been made, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
- Custom activities reservations To formalize the reservation for the activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until the payment has been made, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
- Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities The client may withdraw from the requested, contracted, or reserved services, having the right to a refund of the amounts paid. The cancellation of the activity between 72h and 24h prior to the start of the activity implies a penalty of 50% on the amount paid. The penalty for cancellation between 24h and 0h prior to the start of the activity will entail the non-refund of the total amount already paid. Failure to show up on the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián, through digital, verbal, or telephone means, will result in the non-refund of 100% of what has already been paid.
- Cancellations of custom activities In case of modifying the number of participants 72h before the activity, the new total price will be recalculated based on the activity tables available on the web. The cancellation of one or more participants 72h to 24h before the activity takes place carries a penalty of 50% on the proportional part paid by the person(s) canceling. The cancellation of one or more participants within 24h before the activity takes place carries a penalty of 100% on the proportional part paid by the person(s) canceling. Failure to show up on the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will result in the non-refund of the previously paid amount.
- Medical cancellations In case of cancellation for a JUSTIFIED medical reason or death of any level of kinship, the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the contracted activity. In case of opting for the definitive cancellation of the reservation, the previously described conditions will apply.

Remember that the starting point of this activity is on the beach, so you will have to walk from the beach to the Club itself.
Where can I safely leave my valuables and personal clothes?
Inside our locker rooms, we have a safe storage area. You can deposit your backpacks, phones, clothes, and any valuables there with complete peace of mind while you enjoy paddling through the bay. The facility is located a few meters from the temporary Ondarreta kayak space located right on the sand. If you prefer, our staff can also store your belongings directly at the Ondarreta kayak space. In any case, we recommend avoiding bringing valuables.
How far in advance should I arrive at the meeting point?
We ask for maximum punctuality and recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled time. This margin is vital for registration, the delivery of technical equipment, the use of locker rooms if necessary, and the initial safety briefing.
How are groups structured and how many people can go per guide?
We offer highly personalized attention. Tours are organized from intimate groups of 1 or 2 people to larger groups (maximum of 19 people), always adjusting the number of instructors to ensure the quality, safety, and closeness of the service.

You can cancel your reservation with a full refund if done with more than 72 hours' notice. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours in advance incur a 50% penalty, and those made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the total loss of the amount paid, as dictated by our general terms and conditions.
