Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations for rentals and pre-scheduled activities
   To make a reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. The reservation will not be considered valid or confirmed until payment is completed.
2. Reservations for custom activities
   To book the activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. The reservation will not be considered valid or confirmed until payment is completed.
3. Cancellations for rentals and pre-scheduled activities
   Customers may cancel the service or activity and are entitled to a refund of the paid amounts. Canceling between 72 and 24 hours before the activity will incur a 50% penalty on the amount paid. Canceling less than 24 hours before the activity will not result in any refund. No-shows on the day and time communicated by RCTSS (digitally, verbally, or by phone) will result in 100% non-refundable payment.
4. Cancellations for custom activities
   If the number of participants changes more than 72 hours before the activity, a new price will be calculated based on the current rates available on the website. Canceling one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before will result in losing 50% of the amount paid for those participants. Canceling less than 24 hours before will incur a 100% penalty. No-shows on the scheduled day and time indicated by Donostiako Tenis Elkarte Erreala will not be refunded.
5. Cancellation for valid medical reasons
   If the activity is canceled due to justified health reasons or the death of a family member of any degree, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year for the contracted activity. If the cancellation option is chosen, the previously stated conditions will apply.
6. Insurance
   Prices for programs, activities, courses, and rentals include civil liability and accident insurance. Full information on insurance conditions and coverage is available at the RCTSS offices and can be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to correctly, truthfully, and fully complete all required fields for each participant on the RCTSS reservation page. Providing incorrect or incomplete data may result in no accident insurance coverage.
7. Data protection
   We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to information requests and to notify you about our activities and services, in accordance with our privacy and cookie policies. You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, erase, and object to your data by submitting a request through the web form or by emailing rctss@rctss.com along with a copy of your ID.
8. Conditions in case of bad weather
   If bad weather or rough sea conditions occur, reservations will be blocked. Those affected by cancellations will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.
9. Strict adherence to schedules
   It is necessary to arrive 10-15 minutes before the activity starts to fully enjoy the reserved time.
