Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations for rentals and scheduled activities
   To make a reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until the payment is made, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
2. Reservations for customized activities
   To book a customized activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until the payment is made, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
3. Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities
   The client may withdraw from the requested, contracted, or reserved services, having the right to a refund of the amounts paid. Cancelling the activity between 72 and 24 hours before the start entails a 50% penalty on the amount paid. Cancellation between 24 hours and the start time results in no refund. Failure to show up at the date and time indicated by RCTSS, by digital, verbal, or phone communication, will result in no refund of any amount already paid.
4. Cancellations of customized activities
   If the number of participants changes 72 hours before the activity, the total price will be recalculated based on the pricing tables available on the website. Cancelling one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity results in a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the cancelling person(s). Cancellation within 24 hours before the activity entails a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid. Failure to show up at the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián results in no refund of the amount paid.
5. Medical cancellations
   In case of cancellation due to JUSTIFIED medical reasons or death of any family member, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year for the contracted activity. If the client chooses to cancel the reservation, the above cancellation conditions will apply.
6. Insurance
   The price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals includes civil liability and accident insurance. Full information about insurance conditions and coverage is available to clients at the RCTSS offices and can be emailed upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to correctly, truthfully, and fully complete every field related to each participant on the RCTSS reservation page. Failure to provide accurate data results in non-subscription of the accident insurance.
7. Data protection
   We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your information requests and to inform you about our activities and services, under the terms set in our privacy and cookie policy. You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel, and object by sending a request accompanied by a copy of your ID via the web form or by email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Conditions in case of adverse weather
   In case of adverse weather or rough seas, reservations will be blocked. Affected clients will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.
9. Punctuality
   It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the activity starts to ensure full enjoyment of the reserved time.
