Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings for rentals and scheduled activities
   To confirm a booking, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made, the booking will not be considered confirmed or valid.
2. Bookings for tailor-made activities
   To confirm the booking of the activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made, the booking will not be considered confirmed or valid.
3. Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities
   The client may withdraw from the requested, contracted, or reserved services and will have the right to a refund of the amounts paid. Cancelling the activity between 72h and 24h prior to its start will result in a 50% penalty on the paid amount. Cancelling between 24h and 0h before the activity starts will result in no refund of the amount already paid. Failure to show up on the date and time indicated by RCTSS, by digital, verbal, or telephone means, will result in no refund of 100% of the amount already paid.
4. Cancellations of tailor-made activities
   If the number of participants is modified 72h before the activity, the new total price will be recalculated based on the tables for each activity available on the website. Cancelling one or more participants 72h to 24h before the activity will incur a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the person(s) cancelling. Cancelling one or more participants within 24h before the activity will incur a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the person(s) cancelling. Failure to show up on the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will result in no refund of the amount previously paid.
5. Medical cancellations
   In case of cancellation for a JUSTIFIED medical reason or death of any level of kinship, the RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the contracted activity. If the client opts to cancel the booking, the previously described conditions will apply.
6. Insurance
   The price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals includes civil liability and accident insurance. Full information about the conditions and coverage of the insurance is available to clients at the RCTSS offices and will be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to correctly, truthfully, and completely fill in each field referring to each participant on the RCTSS booking page. Omission or incorrectness of the data provided results in the non-subscription to accident insurance.
7. Data protection
   We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact details in order to respond to your information requests and inform you about our activities and services, under the terms set out in our privacy and cookies policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a request accompanied by a photocopy of your ID card, through the web form or by email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Conditions in case of adverse weather
   In case of adverse weather conditions or rough sea, the possibility of making bookings will be blocked. People affected by cancellations will be offered the option of a refund or rescheduling.
9. Punctuality
   It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the activity to ensure full enjoyment of the reserved time.
