Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. Bookings for rentals and scheduled activities
   To make a reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
2. Bookings for tailor-made activities
   To book the activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
3. Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities
   The client may withdraw from the requested, contracted, or reserved services and is entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the activity start implies a 50% penalty on the amount paid. Cancellation between 24 and 0 hours before the activity start will result in no refund of the total amount paid. No-shows on the date and time indicated by RCTSS, via digital means, verbal, or phone, will result in no refund of 100% of the amount paid.
4. Cancellations of tailor-made activities
   If the number of participants is modified 72 hours before the activity, the new total price will be recalculated based on the tables according to the activity available on the website. Cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity entails a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the canceling participant(s). Cancellation of one or more participants within 24 hours before the activity entails a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the canceling participant(s). No-shows on the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will result in no refund of the previously paid amount.
5. Medical cancellations
   In case of cancellation due to JUSTIFIED medical reasons or death of any degree of kinship, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year for the contracted activity. If opting for cancellation, the above conditions will apply.
6. Insurance
   The price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals includes civil liability and accident insurance. Complete information on insurance conditions and coverage is available to clients at the RCTSS offices and can be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to fill out each participant’s information correctly, truthfully, and completely on the RCTSS reservation page. Omissions or incorrect data will result in no accident insurance coverage.
7. Data protection
   We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your information requests and inform you about our activities and services, under the terms of our privacy and cookie policy. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a request accompanied by a copy of your ID via the web form or email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Conditions in case of adverse weather
   In case of adverse weather conditions or rough seas, reservations will be blocked. Affected persons will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.
9. Punctuality
   It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the activity to ensure full enjoyment of the reserved time.
