Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations for Rentals and Scheduled Activities
   To make a reservation, full payment (100%) must be completed. The reservation will not be confirmed or valid until payment is made.
2. Reservations for Customized Activities
   To reserve a customized activity, full payment (100%) must be completed. The reservation will not be confirmed or valid until payment is made.
3. Cancellations for Rentals and Scheduled Activities
   Customers have the right to cancel orders, contracts, or reservations with the right to a refund of the paid amount. Cancelling between 72 and 24 hours before the activity starts will result in a 50% penalty of the amount paid. Cancelling less than 24 hours before the activity starts will result in the total loss of the amount paid. Failure to notify RCTSS on the scheduled date and time via digital means, orally, or by phone will result in no refund (100% loss).
4. Cancellations for Customized Activities
   If the number of participants changes more than 72 hours before the activity, the price will be recalculated according to the tables on the website. Cancelling one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity will incur a 50% penalty of the amount paid; less than 24 hours, 100% penalty applies. Arriving late on the scheduled day and time set by Donostiako Tenis Erreala Klub will result in loss of the amount paid.
5. Medical Justified Cancellations
   In the case of medically justified cancellations or the death of a relative of any degree, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to be used for the contracted activity. Cancellation must comply with the above conditions.
6. Insurance
   Liability and accident insurance is included in programs, activities, courses, and rentals. Full information on the insurance conditions and coverage is available at RCTSS offices and can be requested by email.
   
   It is necessary to fill in all participant data accurately and completely on the reservation form. Missing or incorrect data may result in non-subscription of accident insurance.
7. Data Protection
   We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your information requests and to inform you about our activities and services, in accordance with our privacy and cookie policies. You may exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, and opposition by sending a request with a copy of your ID via the web form or by emailing rctss@rctss.com.
8. Conditions in Case of Bad Weather
   In case of bad weather or poor sea conditions, reservations will be suspended. Those affected by cancellations will have the option to request a refund or change the date.
9. Time Tracking
   It is essential to arrive 10-15 minutes before the activity starts to fully enjoy the reserved time.
