Departure point

Ondarreta Beach (right on the sand): We will wait for you at our meeting point 10-15 minutes before your reservation time. Don't forget your swimsuit, sunscreen, and, if you wear glasses, a strap to secure them.

Rental and scheduled activity reservations

To formalize the reservation, the total amount (100%) must be paid. Until this payment is made, the reservation will not be considered confirmed or valid.

To formalize the activity reservation, it is mandatory to pay the total amount (100%). Without this payment, the reservation will not be valid and will not be confirmed.

Cancellation of rentals and scheduled activities

The customer has the right to withdraw from the requested, contracted, or reserved services, and may opt for a refund of the amount paid.
