Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. Reservations for rentals and scheduled activities
   To make a reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. The reservation will not be considered confirmed or valid until payment is made.
2. Reservations for custom activities
   To make a reservation for the activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. The reservation will not be considered confirmed or valid until payment is made.
3. Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities
   The client may cancel the requested, contracted, or reserved services, with the right to a refund of the amounts paid. Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the start of the activity will incur a 50% penalty on the amount paid. Cancellation between 24 and 0 hours before the activity will result in no refund of the amount paid. No-shows on the date and time indicated by RCTSS, via digital, verbal, or telephone means, will result in no refund of the amount paid.
4. Cancellations of custom activities
   If the number of participants changes 72 hours before the activity, the total price will be recalculated based on the tables according to the activity available on the website. Cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity will incur a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the canceling participant(s). Cancellation within 24 hours before the activity will incur a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the canceling participant(s). No-shows on the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will result in no refund of the amount previously paid.
5. Medical cancellations
   In the event of a JUSTIFIED medical cancellation or death of any family member, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the contracted activity. If the reservation is canceled instead, the conditions described above will apply.
6. Insurance
   The price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals includes liability and accident insurance. Complete information about the insurance conditions and coverage is available to clients at the RCTSS offices and will be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to fill out all participant information correctly, truthfully, and completely on the RCTSS booking page. Omission or incorrect data will result in no accident insurance coverage.
7. Data protection
   We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your information requests and inform you about our activities and services, under the terms set forth in our privacy and cookie policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a request accompanied by a copy of your ID, either through the web form or via email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Conditions in case of adverse weather
   In case of adverse weather conditions or rough sea, booking options will be blocked. Affected persons by cancellations will be offered either a refund or a date change.
9. Punctuality
   It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the activity to ensure full enjoyment of the reserved time.
