Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings for rentals and scheduled activities
   To make a booking, 100% of the total amount must be paid. The booking is not considered confirmed or valid until payment is made.
2. Bookings for custom activities
   To book the activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. The booking is not considered confirmed or valid until payment is made.
3. Cancellations for rentals and scheduled activities
   The client may cancel the requested, contracted, or reserved services, with the right to a refund of amounts paid. Cancellation of the activity between 72 and 24 hours before the start of the activity entails a penalty of 50% of the amount paid. Cancellation between 24 and 0 hours before the start entails no refund of the total amount paid. No-show at the date and time indicated by the RCTSS, whether by digital, verbal, or phone means, will result in no refund of 100% of the amount already paid.
4. Cancellations for custom activities
   If the number of participants is modified 72 hours before the activity, the total price will be recalculated based on the tables by activity available on the website. Cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity incurs a penalty of 50% of the proportional amount paid by the cancelling person(s). Cancellation within 24 hours before the activity incurs a penalty of 100% of the proportional amount paid by the cancelling person(s). No-show at the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will result in no refund of the amount previously paid.
5. Medical cancellations
   In case of cancellation for JUSTIFIED medical reasons or death of any degree of kinship, the RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the contracted activity. If the client opts to cancel the booking, the conditions described above will apply.
6. Insurance
   The price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals includes civil liability and accident insurance. Complete information on insurance conditions and coverage is available to clients at the RCTSS offices and will be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to fill in all fields correctly, truthfully, and completely for each participant on the RCTSS booking page. Omission or incorrect information will result in no accident insurance coverage.
7. Data protection
   We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to information requests and inform you about our activities and services, under the terms established in our privacy and cookie policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a request accompanied by a copy of your ID, either via the web form or by email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Conditions in case of adverse weather
   In case of adverse weather or rough sea conditions, booking will be blocked. Affected customers will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.
9. Punctuality
   It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the activity to ensure full enjoyment of the reserved time.
