Booking Conditions

1. Rental and scheduled activity bookings
   To confirm your reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made, the booking will not be considered confirmed or valid.
2. Custom activity bookings
   To confirm your custom activity reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made, the booking will not be considered confirmed or valid.
3. Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities
   Clients may cancel the services requested, contracted, or reserved, and are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. Cancellations made between 72h and 24h before the start of the activity will incur a 50% penalty on the paid amount. Cancellations made between 24h and 0h before the start of the activity will not be eligible for a refund. Failure to show up at the date and time indicated by RCTSS (via digital, verbal, or phone communication) will result in the loss of 100% of the amount paid.
4. Cancellations of custom activities
   If the number of participants is changed 72h before the activity, the new total price will be recalculated based on the pricing tables available on the website. Cancellation of one or more participants between 72h and 24h before the activity will incur a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the person(s) cancelling. Cancellation within 24h before the activity will incur a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid. Failure to show up on the scheduled date and time will result in the forfeiture of the amount previously paid.
5. Medical cancellations
   In the case of a medically JUSTIFIED cancellation or a death of a family member, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the contracted activity. If the client opts for cancellation instead of the voucher, the above-mentioned cancellation conditions will apply.
6. Insurance
   Liability and accident insurance is included in the price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals. Complete information on insurance coverage and conditions is available at RCTSS offices and will be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to correctly, truthfully, and completely fill in each participant’s information on the RCTSS booking page. Any omission or incorrect information will result in the non-subscription of the accident insurance.
7. Data protection
   RCTSS stores your personal and contact details to respond to your requests and inform you about our services and activities, in accordance with our privacy and cookie policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by submitting a request along with a copy of your ID, either through the web form or via email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Adverse weather conditions
   In case of adverse weather or rough seas, booking options will be blocked. Affected clients will be offered a refund or the possibility to reschedule.
9. Punctuality
   It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the activity to ensure full enjoyment of the reserved time.
