Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. Reservations for rentals and scheduled activities
   To make a reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is completed, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
2. Reservations for customized activities
   To make a reservation for the activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is completed, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid.
3. Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities
   The client may cancel the requested, contracted, or reserved services and is entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the activity start date will incur a 50% penalty on the amount paid. Cancellation between 24 and 0 hours before the activity start date will result in no refund of the amount paid. Failure to show up on the date and time indicated by RCTSS, by any digital, verbal, or telephone means, will result in no refund of 100% of the amount already paid.
4. Cancellations of customized activities
   If the number of participants changes 72 hours before the activity, the new total price will be recalculated based on the activity price tables available on the website. Cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity will incur a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the cancelling person(s). Cancellation of one or more participants within 24 hours before the activity will incur a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the cancelling person(s). Failure to show up on the date and time indicated by Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will result in no refund of the amount previously paid.
5. Medical cancellations
   In case of a JUSTIFIED medical cancellation or death of any degree of kinship, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the contracted activity. If opting for cancellation instead, the conditions described above will apply.
6. Insurance
   The price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals includes civil liability and accident insurance. Complete information on insurance conditions and coverage is available at the RCTSS offices and will be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to fill in all fields correctly, truthfully, and completely for each participant on the RCTSS reservation page. Omission or incorrect data will result in no accident insurance coverage.
7. Data protection
   Please note that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your information requests and inform you about our activities and services, under the terms established in our privacy and cookie policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a request with a copy of your ID through the web form or by email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Conditions in case of adverse weather
   In case of adverse weather conditions or rough seas, reservations will be blocked. Affected persons will be offered a refund or rescheduling option.
9. Punctuality
   It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the activity starts to ensure full enjoyment of the reserved time.
