Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Rental and Scheduled Activity Bookings
   To confirm the booking, 100% of the total amount must be paid in advance. A booking will not be considered valid or confirmed until payment is received.
2. Custom Activity Bookings
   To confirm the booking, 100% of the total amount must be paid in advance. A booking will not be considered valid or confirmed until payment is received.
3. Cancellation of Rentals and Scheduled Activities
   Customers may cancel the booked, contracted, or requested services and will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the activity will incur a 50% penalty on the amount paid. Cancellations made between 24 and 0 hours before the activity will not be refunded. No-shows at the time and date communicated by RCTSS (via digital, verbal, or phone means) will result in the loss of 100% of the amount paid.
4. Cancellation of Custom Activities
   If the number of participants is modified 72 hours before the activity, the new total price will be recalculated according to the pricing tables available on the website. Cancelling one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity will incur a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid for each cancelled participant. Cancelling one or more participants within 24 hours before the activity will incur a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid. No-shows at the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will result in the loss of the amount paid.
5. Medical Cancellations
   In the case of a JUSTIFIED medical reason or the death of a relative of any degree, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the booked activity. If the customer opts for a cancellation instead of a voucher, the above cancellation conditions will apply.
6. Insurance
   Civil liability and accident insurance are included in the price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals. Full details of coverage and terms are available at the RCTSS offices and will be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to correctly, truthfully, and completely fill out each required field for each participant on the RCTSS booking page. Omitting or providing incorrect information will result in the accident insurance not being issued.
7. Data Protection
   RCTSS stores your personal and contact data in order to respond to your information requests and inform you of our activities and services, in accordance with our privacy and cookie policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by submitting a request with a copy of your ID via the website form or by email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Adverse Weather Conditions
   In the event of bad weather or rough sea conditions, bookings will be blocked. Affected participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
9. Punctuality
   It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the activity to ensure the full enjoyment of the reserved time.
