WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
• Anyone who meets the activity requirements.
• People who can swim.
• Minimum age is 6 years old, and up to 16 years old with adult supervision.
• Minimum age to rent an individual kayak or SUP is 10 years old.
• From 16 to 17 years old, rental requires the signature of an adult.

Reservations for rentals and scheduled activities
To make a reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid. -
Reservations for tailored- made activities
To make a reservation for the activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is made, the reservation is not considered confirmed or valid. -
Cancellations for rentals and scheduled activities
The client may terminate solicited, contracted or reserved services, having the right to a refund of the amounts paid.Z Cancellation of the activity between 72h and 24h prior to the start of the activity incurs a 50% penalty on the paid amount. Cancellation between 24h and 0h prior to the start of the activity incurs a 100% non-refundable of the total amount already paid. Failure to appear on the indicated date and hour by RCT_SS, by digital, verbal, or telephone, will result in a 100% non-refund of the amount already paid. -
Cancellations of tailored-made activities
In case of modifying the number of participants 72h hours before the activity, the new total price will be recalculated based on the tables per activity available on the webSide. Cancellation of one or more participants 72h to 24h hours before the activity incurs a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid per canceled person(s). Cancellation of one or more participants ig 24hr0 the actividade will be a 100% penalty on the proportional part already paid for the participant(s). Failure to appear on the indicated date and hour by Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastian will lead to a non-refunds the amount albady paid. -
Medical cancellations
In case of cangellation for justified medical reasons or the death of any level of relatives, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one natural year for the contracted activity. In case of opting to cancel the reservation, the previously described conditions will apply. -
Insurance
In the price of the programs, activities, courses and rentals, civil liability and accident insurance is included. Complete information on the terms and coverage of the insurance is available to clients at RCTSS offices and will be sent via email to those who request it.
It is mandatory to fill out correctly, truly and completely each field referring to each of the participants on the RCT_SS reservations page. The omission or incorrection of provided data leads to the non-subscription of the accident insurance. -
Data protection
We inform you thate RCT_SS stores your personal and contact data to respond to information requests you make and to inform you about sour activities and services, in the terms set in our privacy policy and cookies. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, sending a request accompanied by a photocopy of your D.N.I., via the web form or via email to rctss@rctss.com. -
Conditions in case of adverse meteorological conditions
In case of adverse meteorological conditions or bad sea conditions, the possibility of making reservations will be blocked. Affected persons by cancellations will receive the option of a refund or a date change. -
Punctuality
It is imperative to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the activity to guarantee full en:2yment of the reserved time.
