How it works

Starting point

Ondarreta Beach (right on the sand): We will wait for you at our meeting point 10-15 minutes before your reservation time. Don't forget your swimsuit, sunscreen and, if you wear glasses, a strap to secure them.

To formalize the booking, the total amount (100%) must be paid. As long as this payment is not made, the reservation will not be considered confirmed or valid.

Cancellations for medical reasons

In case of cancellation for justified medical reasons or death (any degree of kinship), the RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the contracted activity.

Insurance

The prices of programs, activities, courses, and rentals include civil liability and accident insurance. Complete information on conditions and coverage is available to the customer at the RCTSS offices.

Cancellation of rentals and scheduled activities

If the cancellation is made between 72 and 24 hours before the start of the activity, a 50% penalty on the amount will be applied. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in no refund of the amount paid. No-shows on the indicated day and time will result in the total loss of the amount paid.

Cancellation of custom activities

The cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the start entails a 50% penalty on the proportional share paid. Cancellations with less than 24 hours will entail a 100% penalty on the proportional share.

Adverse weather conditions

In case of bad weather conditions or strong swell, reservations will be blocked. Affected persons will be offered the possibility of a full refund or a date change.
