Shedule and booking
Opening hours from June 1st to September 14th will be from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
From June 15th to September 15th, hours will be extended from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Between June 1st and September 30th, the online booking system will close two hours before the scheduled start time of the activity.

Duration of Pass Sessions

Estimated time distribution for the 15-hour pass: 1.5 hours / 2 hours / 4 hours (depending on the selected option)

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITY

  • All individuals who meet the specific activity requirements can participate.

  • Knowing how to swim is a mandatory requirement to take part.

  • The minimum age to participate is 6 years; those under 16 must be directly supervised by a responsible adult.

  • The minimum age for individual kayak rental is 10 years.

  • Users aged 16 to 17 must complete the rental with authorization and signature from a legally responsible adult.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Appropriate swimsuit.

  • High-protection sunscreen.

  • Strap for securing glasses.

  • Towel (optional, not essential).

Terms and Conditions of Booking

  1. Reservations for rentals and scheduled activities
    To make a reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid. The reservation is not considered confirmed or valid until payment has been made.
  2. Reservations for customized activities
    To make a reservation for the activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. The reservation is not considered confirmed or valid until payment has been made.
  3. Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities
    The client may cancel the requested, contracted, or reserved services and is entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the activity start time entails a 50% penalty of the amount paid. Cancellation between 24 and 0 hours before the activity start time will result in no refund of the amount paid. No-show at the date and time indicated by RCTSS, whether communicated digitally, verbally, or by phone, will result in no refund of the amount paid.
  4. Cancellations of customized activities
    If the number of participants changes 72 hours before the activity, the new total price will be recalculated based on the pricing tables available on the website. Cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity will incur a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the participant(s) canceling. Cancellation within 24 hours before the activity will incur a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the participant(s) canceling. No-show at the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will result in no refund of the previously paid amount.
  5. Medical cancellations
    In the case of a JUSTIFIED medical cancellation or death of any family member, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year for the contracted activity. If the reservation is canceled instead, the above conditions will apply.
  6. Insurance
    The price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals includes civil liability and accident insurance. Complete information about insurance conditions and coverage is available at RCTSS offices and can be sent by email upon request.

    It is mandatory to fill out each field regarding all participants correctly, truthfully, and completely on the RCTSS booking page. Omission or incorrect data will result in no accident insurance coverage.
  7. Data protection
    We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your information requests and inform you about our activities and services, under the terms set out in our privacy and cookie policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a request accompanied by a copy of your ID via the web form or email at rctss@rctss.com.
  8. Conditions in case of adverse weather
    In case of adverse weather or rough seas, booking will be blocked. Affected customers will be offered a refund or date change.
  9. Punctuality
    It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the activity starts to ensure full enjoyment of the reserved time.
