Ondarreta Beach (right on the sand): We will be waiting for you at our meeting point 10-15 minutes before your reservation time.

Reservations for rentals and scheduled activities

To formalize the reservation, the total amount (100%) must be paid. Until this payment is made, the reservation will not be considered confirmed or valid.

Reservations for custom activities

To formalize the reservation of the activity it is essential to pay the total amount (100%). Without this payment, the reservation will not be valid and will not be confirmed.

Cancellations for medical reasons

In the event of cancellation due to justified medical reasons or death (of any degree of kinship), the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the contracted activity.

Insurance

The prices of the programs, activities, courses, and rentals include civil liability and accident insurance. Full information on conditions and coverage is available to the client at the Club's offices.

Cancellation of rentals and scheduled activities

If the cancellation is made between 72 and 24 hours before the start of the activity, a penalty of 50% of the amount will be applied. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in no refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation of custom activities

The cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the start entails a penalty of 50% of the proportional part paid. Cancellations with less than 24 hours will entail a 100% penalty.

Adverse weather conditions

In the event of bad weather conditions or strong waves, reservations will be blocked. Affected persons will be offered the possibility of a full refund or a change of date.

Punctuality and Data Protection

It is essential to arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes beforehand. We inform you that the Club stores your personal data to manage your reservation, in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy.

1. What exactly is the 15-hour kayak pass?
It is a prepaid pass that allows you to enjoy a total of 15 hours of kayak rental during the summer season, at a reduced rate compared to the standard rental by the hour.
2. How are the hours of the pass consumed or spent?
You can distribute your 15 hours at your own pace, booking outings in slots of 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, or up to 4 hours (half a day) every time you decide to come paddle in La Concha Bay.
3. Do I need to book in advance if I have already purchased my pass?
Yes. Even if the voucher has been paid, the reservation must be made by phone or WhatsApp (663 62 49 02).
4. Is the 15-hour pass personal and non-transferable?
Yes, the 15-hour pass is linked to a single registered primary user at the time of purchase. It cannot be shared simultaneously with other people or transferred to third parties.
5. When do the hours on the pass expire?
The pass hours are valid exclusively for the current summer season (2026 season). Unused hours at the end of the season are not saved or refunded for the following year.
6. Do I need previous experience to navigate with the pass?
It is not essential. Our kayaks are very stable and self-bailing. However, since these are independent outings, we recommend feeling secure in the sea.
7. Is it mandatory to know how to swim?
Yes, it is an absolutely essential requirement to know how to swim without assistance in order to rent our boats.
8. Can I purchase the pass for a minor?
The minimum age to rent a kayak independently is 14 years old (provided they have the express authorization of the guardian). From 16 to 17 years old, they need the signature of an adult.
9. What happens if I book with my pass one day and the sea is rough?
If the organization cancels the outing due to adverse weather conditions or strong waves, the hours for that session will not be deducted from your pass balance.
10. Where do I go each time I use my pass?
We will always wait for you at our meeting point located right on the sand of Ondarreta Beach.
11. Can I leave my belongings somewhere while I paddle?
Yes, you will have access to our locker service to store your clothes and small valuables for the duration of your kayaking session.
12. What does the equipment I use with the pass include?
Each outing includes the use of the single kayak, ergonomic paddle, and approved life jacket. Civil Liability insurance is also included.
13. Can I cancel a reservation made with my pass if something comes up?
Yes, following our usual policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up, the reserved hours will be considered consumed and will be deducted from your pass.
14. Can I use the pass to go paddling outside the stipulated hours?
No. All outings linked to the pass must be carried out within the opening hours of our service in Ondarreta (from 10:00 to 20:00 h in high season).
