- A specialized Club instructor accompanies the participant in a double kayak.

Rental and scheduled activity reservations
To formalize the reservation, the full amount (100%) must be paid. Until this payment is made, the reservation will not be considered confirmed or valid.

To formalize the activity reservation, it is essential to pay the full amount (100%). Without this payment, the reservation will not be valid and will not be confirmed.
Cancellations for medical reasons
In case of cancellation due to justified medical reasons or death (of any degree of kinship), the RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year to carry out the contracted activity.
Insurance
The prices of the programs, activities, courses, and rentals include civil liability and accident insurance. Full information on conditions and coverage is available to the customer at the RCTSS offices.
Cancellation of rentals and scheduled activities
If the cancellation is made between 72 and 24 hours before the start of the activity, a 50% penalty of the amount will be applied. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in no refund. No-shows on the indicated day and time will result in the loss of the total amount paid.
Cancellation of custom activities
The cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the start entails a 50% penalty of the proportional part paid. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 100% penalty of the proportional part.
Adverse weather conditions
In case of bad weather conditions or strong waves, reservations will be blocked. Affected individuals will be offered the possibility of a full refund or a change of date.
