Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. Bookings for rentals and scheduled activities
   To make a booking, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is completed, the booking is not considered confirmed or valid.
2. Bookings for customized activities
   To book the activity, 100% of the total amount must be paid. Until payment is completed, the booking is not considered confirmed or valid.
3. Cancellations of rentals and scheduled activities
   The client may withdraw from the requested, contracted, or reserved services and is entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the activity start will incur a 50% penalty of the paid amount. Cancellation between 24 and 0 hours before the activity start will result in no refund of the paid amount. No-show on the date and time indicated by RCTSS via digital, verbal, or telephone means will result in no refund of 100% of the amount already paid.
4. Cancellations of customized activities
   If the number of participants changes 72 hours before the activity, the new total price will be recalculated based on the pricing tables available on the website. Cancellation of one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity entails a 50% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the canceling participant(s). Cancellation within 24 hours before the activity entails a 100% penalty on the proportional amount paid by the canceling participant(s). No-show on the date and time indicated by the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will result in no refund of the previously paid amount.
5. Medical cancellations
   In case of cancellation due to JUSTIFIED medical reasons or death of any family member, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one calendar year for the contracted activity. If the reservation is cancelled instead, the above-mentioned conditions will apply.
6. Insurance
   The price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals includes civil liability and accident insurance. Complete information about the insurance conditions and coverage is available at the RCTSS offices and will be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to fill out all fields accurately, truthfully, and completely for each participant on the RCTSS booking page. Failure or incorrect data submission will result in no accident insurance coverage.
7. Data Protection
   We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your information requests and inform you about our activities and services, according to our privacy and cookie policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a request along with a copy of your ID via the web form or by email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Conditions in case of adverse weather
   In case of adverse weather or rough sea conditions, bookings will be disabled. Affected persons will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.
9. Punctuality
   It is essential to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the activity starts to ensure full enjoyment of the reserved time.
