1. Reservations for Rentals and Scheduled Activities
   To make a reservation, 100% of the total price must be paid. The reservation will not be confirmed or valid until payment is made.
2. Reservations for Customized Activities
   To book a customized activity, 100% of the total price must be paid. The reservation will not be confirmed or valid until payment is made.
3. Cancellations of Rentals and Scheduled Activities
   The customer may cancel the requested, contracted, or reserved services with the right to a refund of the paid amounts. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the activity starts will incur a 50% penalty of the payment. Cancellations made between 24 and 0 hours before the activity starts will not be eligible for a full refund. If the customer does not show up on the indicated date and time (digitally, orally, or by phone), no refund will be given.
4. Cancellations of Customized Activities
   If the number of participants changes more than 72 hours before the activity starts, a new price will be calculated according to the activity rates available on the website. Canceling one or more participants between 72 and 24 hours before the activity will incur a 50% penalty of the proportional payment. Canceling less than 24 hours before the activity will incur a 100% penalty of the proportional payment. If the customer does not show up on the indicated date and time, no refund of any prepayment will be given.
5. Medical Cancellations
   In case of a JUSTIFIED medical reason or death of any relative, RCTSS will offer a voucher valid for one year to carry out the contracted activity. If cancellation is chosen, the previous conditions will apply.
6. Insurance
   Civil liability and accident insurance are included in the price of programs, activities, courses, and rentals. Full information about insurance conditions and coverage is available at RCTSS offices and can be sent by email upon request.
   
   It is mandatory to fill in correctly, truthfully, and completely the fields corresponding to each participant on the RCTSS reservation form. Failure or incorrect data entry will result in the invalidation of the accident insurance.
7. Data Protection
   We inform you that RCTSS stores your personal and contact data to respond to your information requests and to notify you about our activities and services, according to our privacy and cookie policies. You can exercise rights of access, correction, cancellation, and opposition by providing a copy of your ID, via the web form or by sending an email to rctss@rctss.com.
8. Bad Weather Conditions
   In case of bad weather or rough sea, the option to make reservations will be closed. Those affected by cancellations can choose a refund or reschedule.
9. On-time Attendance
   It is necessary to arrive 10-15 minutes before the activity starts to fully enjoy the reserved time.
